Theme:        "Empowered to Lead, Inspired to Serve"

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God; if anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.1 Peter 4:10-11

This passage emphasizes purposeful service through the gifts God provides, encouraging leaders to glorify Him in their work and inspire others through faithful stewardship.

The theme "Empowered to Lead, Inspired to Serve" challenges Master Guide leaders to recognize and embrace their God-given mission. This weekend will inspire leaders to live intentionally, serve faithfully, and lead boldly, knowing their efforts contribute to God's plan. Through workshops, worship, and fellowship, leaders will explore what it means to align their purpose with God's will, using their unique talents to impact their communities and inspire the next generation.

This year’s Pathfinder Fair theme, ‘Ready to Serve’, reminds us that true discipleship is lived out in service. Just as Christ came not to be served but to serve (Mark 10:45).

Pathfinders are called to use their gifts, talents, and energy for God’s glory. Through every drill, honor, and act of kindness, we are preparing to serve wholeheartedly because in serving others, we are serving the Lord (Ephesians 6:7).

Theme: "Leaders with Purpose: Empowered for Ministry

"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared us to do." Ephesians 2:10

This verse highlights that God has a specific purpose for us as leaders. Our calling is part of His divine plan, and He empowers us to fulfill the good works He has set before us.

The theme "Leaders with Purpose: Empowered for Ministry" calls Pathfinder leaders to recognize their divine calling and lean on God's power to serve faithfully. Leadership in ministry is not about personal ability but about being vessels through which God's purpose is fulfilled. This weekend will inspire leaders to embrace their unique roles, equip them with tools for effective service, and encourage them to depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance and strength in every aspect of their ministry.
